Counseling techniques are geared to be age and developmentally appropriate for each individual client.

My personal approach is holistic in that one does not have to be diagnosed or labeled to be a candidate for gaining tools needed to live a successful and happy lifestyle. Treating the symptom is not enough. It is important to determine the cause and triggers that lead to the symptoms. My goal is to provide tools to increase self-awareness and help clients and their families work towards positive change. 

Schedule of Fees

50 Minute Individual Sessions - $70.00
If finances are a concern, please ask me about discounts for advanced payments or shorter session rates.

Group Sessions - $45.00 
Typical groups will meet weekly for one hour. Group topics will be posted on the home page on an as-needed basis and will be limited to a maximum of 8 registrants (some less depending on the topic/age).
